Hello !

It's been a week since I received my new laptop.
I had fun on it until I found out the red was weird. Then I saw it wasn't just weird but orange!
I've tried everything and I'm in your hands now ...

After trying to update the whole system and change the ICC profile, I tried to change the colors through Radeon Software.
In the end I never had red and only orange. Purple is also very far from fair.
In doubt, I plugged another screen into the HDMI port.
In the end, it is the integrated screen which is unable to display red which is rather problematic.
Do you have a solution or is it normal ?

Thanks for any help,
Cordially Asura

I reviewed your post and I understand that the reds are not displayed correctly on the screen.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107510.exe

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107252.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thank you for your reply !

I tried updating the drivers again after a full uninstall (with DDU) but it didn't change anything.

I also tried to update the bios shortly before without success.
