Hi, I recently upgraded to windows 11 and my laptop no longer detects three distinct displays. In Win 10, I used and HDMI, VGA and internal laptop screens. I upgraded to Win 11 and then could only see the HDMI and VGA as the same (cloned) monitor. Display settings saw the HDMI and Laptop and the HDMI and VGA showed the same content on the displays. I recently purchased 2 new HDMI monitors thinking the VGA was the problem but I have the same result with the two external HDMI monitors. One detected and both showing identical content. My laptop only had two Type A USB ports and one USB-C multifunction port. I am using a multiport adapter (hub) through the USB-C to which I have the external monitors connected. Two different hubs yield the same results. Both cables have been swapped with no change. I can't find any information on this issue.

Found the answer - not one I like but it works. Even though the display settings screen does not detect the third display, by using Win+P key combination and selecting Extend Displays, it forces Windows to see the third display. After that, it appears as a third distinct display in the display settings window.
