Hello again. I was here before to ask for help with a problem, which seems to be a factory defect as so many other customers have been coming up with similar issues.
So I got a genuine HP ENVY x360 laptop as a present for Xmas 2020. A couple of days after the warranty ran out at next Xmas, the screen detached at the bottom left corner. I did not mistreat my laptop, I don`t  normally go hard on my gadgets, I even have a mobile phone over 10 years old still in use so you can imagine I am not the one who destroys £900 worth laptops. But this happened, so I chewed myself through the maze of the HP website to get support but I only managed to chat with a bot, which was not helpful at all. Our conversation was not recorded, and I did not get a copy of it like it would be normal elsewhere upon chatting with an agent. Then, on 15th January, i was trying to get in touch with a real person on this forum, and finally got a reply from someone - but it did not solve anything so I kept trying to come back to him via replies, but could not get hold of him ever since. My laptop`s screen entirely died in the meantime, without even being used. The £900 laptop is over, after a year of use. I think both the fact that expensive laptops break down due to manufacturing defects just after the warranty runs out, and that you can`t even get help because your requests are being ignored, are more than appealing. This one will be my last attempt here before I look for different type of support. I hope it will not be ignored this time; thanks in advance.
