Product: Envy 360

Hello! I see that I’m not the only one but my Envy Laptop screen has decided to just fall off! It started when I opened the computer there was a loud crack noise and then the left hinge decided to come undone- now the screen is separating a pieces are falling out! The screen will not even stay up anymore! I’ve never dropped this computer and I’m the only user so I know it is well taken care of! And of course it’s out of warranty! 
what do I do now? Is HP standing behind their product since there are sooo many complaints about this problem?
