Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D4AV)

I have the HP Envy x360 13.3 2-in-1 laptop with Manjaro KDE installed. The touchscreen has not worked in this operating system, with or without the stylus. I have tried in both Plasma Wayland and Plasma xorg.

 

When I go to the touchscreen settings in System Settings, it says "No touchscreens found". No drawing tablet is detected either.
