HP Envy

Hello! I have been having problems with my HP Envy laptop for awhile now. Whenever I try to pull up a video, it says "video not available". I mainly use my laptop for school purposes, so I haven't needed to play any videos. But this has persisted for probably 6 months or more. I am not very laptop savvy, so I have not tried anything to fix it myself. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

This does not make any sense. But please download and install the following player software

               https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

It will play nearly all video formats including BlueRay .

Regards.

What do you mean it doesn’t make sense? My writing is clear and concise.
