Hello,
In the past year, my touchscreen and fingerprint reader has stopped working. It says no pen or touch input is available for this display. When I bought the laptop a few years ago, it worked just fine. I tried doing a hard reset and no change. I recently updated to windows 11 software as well but, this problem was there before the update. Another thing is whenever I update to a new windows software, my keyboard and mouse touchpad stop working and I have to disable the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution driver in device manager->system devices after each update.
My device specifications are:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Version: 10.0.22621 Build 22621
System Model: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15t-cn0xxx
System type: x64-based PC
System SKU: 2ZZ15AV
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1800Mhz, 4Core(s), 8 Logical...
BIOS Version/Date: Insyde F.27, 8/2/2021
Thank you for your help! I am assuming I need to update my BIOS but, not familiar with fixing computers. Please let me know if you need any other information.
