Envy x 360

I have seen several questions about the location of the kill switch that were not correctly answered. I had to figure out myself that the kill switch on this particular devise is located as a key on the keyboard, next to the power button/key.  Just adding some clarity for anyone who was struggling like me! Online, it only shows other versions of this laptop where the kill switch is located along the side and you'd have to slide it but that is not the case for this one.

You are correct in that not every model includes the feature and for those that do, the switch might not be obvious unless you know where to look.

It is always easier to answer when we know which of the many, many models of "x360" is the target of the question.

In general, information of this type is available in the User Guide and the Service Guide. The first chapter usually provides illustrations of the notebook features, including switches, ports, cameras, screen, and keyboard features.
