HP Envy X360 13-ag
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I've got a HP Envy X360 13-ag00xxx laptop, Ryzen2500u based.

We have installed the W11 23H2 on it. (I know this system is not fully compliant with the notebook)

After a few month of usage, the display start to working weird. Time to time the full screen and its baclkit disabled fully.

After a few days came back and working fine, tested for hours now issue.

This happened a few times, seems independent from the monitor harness, we moved the display a lot tested on any possible mode/option. Previously in the past years he laptop went on W10 without issue.

I'm just wondering whether this is an issue with W11, or HW related (mainboard or display).

What do you think?
