My screen glass is coming apart from the casing at the top. It seems to be connected in the middle where the camera is but coming loose on both sides. The laptop is still under warranty.

I am an HP Employee

Hello, I am having trouble navigating the instructions you emailed. I just replied to give details. You say above that I'm under warranty but in the email you sent you said that if I'm having trouble navigating the instructions I might be out of warranty. I'm definitely not; it expires at the end of June. Can you help? I followed the instructions you emailed and it kept asking me to select my device and then takes me to a very generic "Search all support" screen. Thanks.

...also, I'm trying to navigate the Virtual Agent. To get support it first asks for my serial number and product number. I'm copying these directly from the HP Support Assistant app and the Virtual Agent is telling me the product number is invalid.
