Hello,

I have the listed model in the subject.  My issue is that I cannot get a display to connect through either usb-c port.  I am running HDMI to a usb-c dongle which is supposed to handle two more external monitors.  I cant even get one monitor to connect with it.  I have confirmed all cabling and monitors are fully functioning through the HDMI port.  The dongle is also brand new.   Any advice is welcome!
