HP Envy x360 Convertible – Broken hinge and display, looking for replacement parts

Hi everyone,

I have an HP Envy x360 13-bd0380ng, and after three years of use, the hinge of the display panel broke (as shown in the attached picture). Unfortunately, this also caused damage to the display itself.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to buy the display panel together with the hinge, so that I can replace the entire top part of the convertible? If yes, what is the exact name or part number of this component?

2. Do you know any shops or suppliers where I could buy parts like this? I already checked the HP spare parts platform, but I couldn’t find anything for my model.

3. If I find the correct part name: does it have to be specifically for the 13-bd0380ng, or can parts from other HP Envy x360 13 models be used as well?
