I have an HP Envy x360 laptop that is now 2 and a half years old, and very well taken care off. It's never been dropped, hit, etc. and mainly is at my desk, but recently had heard a "cracking" noise sometimes when shutting my laptop and finally found tonight that the bottom left corner of the screen is popping out, so much so that I can even see inside a little bit, and if I try to push it back in, it'll pop back out with a cracking noise. It seems as if the alignment overall on the left side is "off", when I just tried to close it, the corner stuck out and wouldn't go back in, and some tiny little broken plastic pieces just fell out of the gap, so now I REALLY know something's broken. The bezel is crooked when the laptop is shut all the way and the screen literally bends and sticks out at the corner when I shut it close... After having this laptop for less than 3 years, this is not something I should have to pay $500 to repair when I have a laptop that is in otherwise very good condition, and there is something wrong with the manufacturing of the screen, as I have seen other posts about the same problem.
