HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV) computer for a while -- two years. No drops. Always used and transported with care. Was using it normally and the right side of the screen (where the time and date are) popped out of the screen and now the touch is working abnormally. I see that this is a very common issue and want to know the next steps I should take. My warranty has expired.

Hi@FAHAD991,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Hinge issues with the HP Envy Notebook. It is a hardware issue on the PC.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
