Hi, I am hoping someone can help.
Previously we were able to connect our HP thunderbolt g2 120w dock and use mouse, keyboard etc to our hp laptop running windows 11 home, but when i turned our laptop on today it is no longer recognising our thunderbolt dock. No thunderbolt icon shows up. No noise or anything happens when i plug the cable into the port on the computer. The usbc port works if i plug my phone in but nothing happens when i plug the dock in. I have gone to HP website and downloaded the driver for g2 dock but when i try to install it says device not detected please connect device and retry. Any ideas of what i can do to get my laptop to recognise the dock again?
