HP G4 Thunderbolt Dock
macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP G4 Thunderbolt Dock and Macbook Pro M1 Max.

One monitor is connected throughThunderbolt USB-C and the second one through HMDI or DisplayPort.

When waking from sleep:

  • First monitor through Thunderbolt USB-C is always fine
  • Second monitor through HDMI - starts up fine, but after ~3 sec the monitor stops working properly. Vertical lines fill the screen.
  • Second monitor through DisplayPort - doesn't start at all

Reconnecting monitor's cable to the dock fixes it for both cases.

Monitors are DELL U2415.

Dock's firmware is the latest.
