Product: HP Elitebook

I am using the G5 Docking Station which is less than 12 months old.  The light is on, the iPhone still charges out of the front charging point but it isnt getting recognised by the laptop.  Power is not being utilised to the laptop & screens are not responding.  I have used an air dusting spray to clean all connections & no change.

 

Any thoughts on troubleshooting options?
