Hello,
I have tried everything to set up my dual monitors, I tried a HDMI splitter and a TYPE C adaptor and nothing worked.
HP customer Care told me I should purchase the G5 HP Docking station, which i did.
After I installed it and read some good threads i even downloaded drives and my dual monitors are still not working!!!
Can anyone help with this issue I am desperate, I spent $120 on a dock station that did not work with my laptop.
I have a HP Pavilion x360 and the HP G5 dock station by the way

What is your G5 dock ? What is your Pavilion x360 ? Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
Looks like they are NOT compatible. I'm using HP USB-C Gen 5 (5TW10AA) with my HP Elitebook 840 G5 right now and I also tested the dock with few other machines (including a Dell) all 3 video out ports on the dock work as designed.
Regards.

Hello,
So when I spoke with HP sales they said the following item would be compatible with my PC and I have download the drivers online and nothing. I am so lost on what to do.
Laptop: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dh1003dx
Docking Station: HP USB C Dock G5 ( 5TW10AA)
