HP G62-b01ET
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP G62-b01ET, and have been facing this issue for a few months. So I re-installed windows a few months back, and my AMD Mobility 5000 drivers wouldn't install. It installs the sound drivers, and the control centre, but not the actual AMD Display driver. I remember playing Ultimate Spider-Man on this laptop a while ago, and it ran perfectly, but now, it's just a lag-fest.

It shows the two display adapters in Windows Device Manager. Updating with Windows or the AMD Drivers website wont work.  I tried the HP website, but it says that no drivers are available for my device. Can I get help for this issue? Thanks

@EapDone35 How was the reset attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media?
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
