il monitor si ferma a 60hz e non 144hz come posso risolvere?
I'm blocked at 60hz and cannot use 144hz. why ?

The product specs for your notebook do not indicate the refresh rate.

It is probably only a 60 Hz panel.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to enter your notebook's serial number in the box at the link below and see if there is any part number or description for the display panel used in your notebook.
