Product: HP ZBook 17 G5 Mobile Workstation 
ZBOOK 17 G5
Since an update, the function keys for brightness and darkness no longer work.
Resetting to the previous driver in the device manager is also not possible.
The solutions in this forum for the known problem do not work for the ZBOOK 17.
