Can I upgrade my HP 15-R119TU Laptop's 15.6" diagonal HD BrightView WLED-backlit (1366 x 768) to full HD Display.

In the Maintenance and Service Guide for this model there is only one non-touch screen listed so IMHO the answer is: no, as there is no alternative FHD screen listed. The screen (part number 750635-001) is a 40 pin HD screen listed on several screen selling sites but no FHD screens listed. Hope this answers your question.
