Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

HP LED 18.5 19ka MONITOR SHOWS BLACK DOT ON THE SCREEN. I HAD PURCHASED THE DESKTOP PC ON 28-02-2019.

CAN I GET THIS PROBLEM CORRECTED ?
