Product: HP Notebook - 14-cf1599sa

I've recently purchased a Portable Triple Screen Laptop Workstation and having finally got all 3 screens working, the portable ones only display the same so effectively, still only got 2 screens!  Any idea on how I let the laptop know there are 3 screens in total? The display settings only show 2 and when I click on "Detect other display" it says "We didn't find another display"
