Product: HP 15-dy2132wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After win update from 10 to 11 my touchscreen stopped responding. I also noticed in device manager the HID compatible touchscreen driver is missing. I downloaded the troubleshooter & it failed. I don't see how it could be damaged physically by a download _ otherwise work fine. Any help please
