Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Greetings - I have a HP Laptop 15-ef1072wm laptop that works nicely with a single external monitor plugged into the onboard HDMI port.
When I try to use an Anker 13-in-1 external docking station plugged into the USB-C port with two external monitors, the laptop does not recognize anything associated with that particular docking station.
I have an 11-in-1 docking station that the laptop will at least recognize but still does not see the external monitors through it.
Does anyone know of a solution for this issue? I would like to connect both of my external monitors to my laptop (I am spoiled from work).
Thank you in advance.
