The screen frame and hinge on my Pavilion 13 laptop is popping off. I've seen many others on the forums have this problem. I've only had this laptop for a year. It has never been dropped or damaged. When it first popped off, I paid to get it fixed, but the hinge got in the way and broke it again. I rely on this laptop for school. I would like to message someone from HP privately.
