Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

Hello

 

I am a regional manager for an IT company in South Africa. We distribute HP laptops. We have a client that insists they heard a clicking noise over some time on their laptop hinge. One day upon closing the laptop the below happened. In my 9 years in IT, I have never seen such a thing. Please confirm if this has ever been reported to happen without mishandling.
