I own a HP Pavilion Laptop and a Dell WD22TB4 docking station. Is the docking station compatible with the laptop? When I plug in the thunderbolt into the USB-C port, nothing happens.

Hi @km7015 

 

Having trouble using an extra display? If that is the issue, check your laptop model and see if it is DisplayPort compatible USB-C .

it will work only for data, USB, network etc.. but you can not use the HDMI ports for image, this laptop model does not have USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort.
