Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new HP Spectre x360 13 with an I7 chip, 512 SSD & 4K screen. I have to do zoom meetings and the camera's picture is very grainy. I called support and showed them difference between the x360 and my 4 year old Surface (crisp & clear). We did all kinds of driver updates and they had me do a system recovery with a USB stick they sent me and I'm back up with a grainy picture. I also have a 3 year old Envy x360 my wife uses. We never used the camera and I just turned it on and it's worst than the Spectre.

Is there something that can be done to get and acceptable picture or is this the best HP can do? If that's the best, the Spectre is going back.

@asawyer1  It would really help us if you post the actual product number of your system, so we can look up its actual specs.

Press the Ctrl/Alt/S keys together to get a pop up window with the info and post it. It usually take a few seconds for the window to open.

Thanks.
