Product: HP 470 17 inch G10 Notebook PC (772L3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi, I recently bought a new HP notebook (HP 470 17inch G10) and I have a problem when I connect this notebook with a HDMI cable to my 4K Dell monitor (U2720Q). The text is really blurry and it's not comfortable to work with.
I have already contacted the HP Support by chat and they told me that my new notebook does not support 4K monitors (only HD monitors). I find this very strange for a new notebook. With my'old' laptop (HP 17-by2004nb) I have never had this problem.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance! Kind regards
