Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok so I've been using my ProBook for months now without a problem. I tried to use Securus Software to do a video visitation & now all of a sudden throughout the last two days - I'll just be sitting here on my computer and my entire screen will flip out for a second and then when it comes back everything is JUMBO sized on my screen. I've gone in and went into my display settings and switched it back multiple times, because it just keeps happening. I've searched for any and all updates and even used the device manager to update any driver issues, but so far nothing has made it stop completely!
