My screen randomly gltiches out (see attached image for example). This happens randomly but I notice it primarily when the device is jostled.This is not the only form of visual error

Thanks for reaching out.
To fix this issue, kindly try the steps below:
1-Check for updates:
Go to Settings > Update > Check for updates > install all the pending updates
2-Uninstall the graphics card driver completely using the DDU free tool:
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Then, install the latest driver provided on the manufacturer's website.
3-Restart your computer and enter BIOS. Wait to see if your screen would glitch or not to know either the issue is software or hardware related.
