I've updated the firmware of the monitor to the latest version (before the firmware update it had the same problem).
When you use the webcam in Camera app of Win10 or MS Teams, the apps crash. The notebook is docked with the USB C cable.
We tried mutiple models of HP envy x360 (AMD and Intel).
Edit: I just dicovered that when I connect to monitor to a notebook for the first time it does work (it uses a default windows driver)! After connected ones Windows update will install a new driver: Realtek camera 10.0.22000.20203. After this the crashes start. When undoing the driver it works again but Windows update will install the driver again later.

I am sorry about the confusion here.
I would suggest you please use the link below and update all the other drivers other than the firmware driver because you have already updated the firmware of your product. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-m24-webcam-monitor/2100876406
