HP M32f FHD Monitor

Hello there

I ordered the HP M32F monitor and received it today. When i connected it via HDMI to my HP desktop PC the screen was shaking and fuzzy. I ran some windows updates and it sort of fixed itself except for a black line across the screen about 3 quarters of the way down. Underneath the black line everything was fuzzy and pixellated.

When attempted to go to this website suddenly the screen went all full of colours and i couldnt see anything. Whats weird is when i switch the monitor on it all looked normal for a brief second and then would go back to all the odd colours.

I used three different HDMI cables and I plugged both my HP desktop into the monitor and a laptop too and all had the same effect. I could not factory reset the monitor as i couldnt see anything on it.

Here you can see the progression of what happened. the black line across and the fuzzy underneath it. then it ended up going all colourful.

its still weird how when i turned it off it would immediately show up normal for a split second and then go to the all colourful look.

it was from amazon so going through the process of returning it just wondered if it was broke from beginning or if there was some fix i could have done.

thansk all
