It all started with the BIOS/Windows Update,
- Automatically presses end/home key
- Continuously presses the digit 1
- Continuously presses Video pause & play buttons
- Synaptics stopped working
After many attempts to resolve these issues (reverting BIOS, uninstalling Drivers for Graphics/Synaptics/Logitech etc), end up with fresh installation of Windows. Here come bigger issues, System performance got a hit - heats a lot, Video playing issue is still there, Keyboard issue somewhat disappeared, but still appears randomly, Synaptics still hangs. My USB Mouse works fine.
I would like to understand some details:
- System is having AMD & Intel Graphics, which Software Pack i have to install? It says AMD/Intel Switchable will install both the drivers for AMD & Intel but i haven't seen Intel drivers got installed. HP Recovery Manager shows re-Install option for Intel Graphics Driver. Windows Update installs Intel Graphics driver which was not in the HP support site?
- Is it required to install the original Driver came with the PC and then the latest driver, or can i install the latest Driver after a clean installation of Windows?
- Please direct me to the Drivers required for this System, as the HP support site shows multiple Drivers and Versions.
- The sequence of installing the Drivers?
My System Specs as now:
- HP Notebook - 15-ay010ne (ENERGY STAR), System has English/Arabic Keyboard.

@ultrak It all depends on how the reset was attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media?
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
For details on how to perform a successful reset: click here

Hi, thank you for the inputs.
Yes, I had tried Windows Reset multiple times using HP Recovery Manager, through Troubleshooter, Windows Media Created by Microsoft etc. But I still feel something didn't worked.
I will start afresh by creating an USB Recovery Media using HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
Hope things will be perfect this time around. I will reach you later for your inputs and help in resolving the issues.
Thanks and Regards.
