HP Notebook having screen / monitor hardware problem second time

Notebook 15 bs 661 tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook is facing monitor problem such that the back panel and the front frame is detached from each other.

This problem is occurring for the second time.

First time i got it done by paying INR 2500/- by a hardware repair person.

But again within 6 months same problem is there.

Due to this I am not able to close my laptop monitor flap for last 10 days.

Kindly suggest if any solutions or same problem with anybody.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
