SAME ISSUE.. 5 YEARS LATER, DIFFERENT PERSON. LOOKING FOR ANY HELP WITH THIS ISSUE. RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP FROM FACEBOOK AND IT IS DOING EVERYTHING AS THIS GUY DESCRIBES. ALL DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.  TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS ONLINE, ETC
