OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx

Hi There

I'm in problems since I bought an OMEN Laptop 15-ek0013dx 2020. There is always an issue with graphics but It was managed by uninstalling and reinstalling new drivers. Soon after the warranty expired its left-side fan started making noise and vibrations that made it uncomfortable to use it. I ordered the same fans from aliexpress and replaced them also did repasting and thermal pads for GPU. It worked for one year and again the same issue of left CPU fan noise and vibration. I again replaced fans, paste and thermal pads. Before replacement, I removed the battery first then SSD

But time after replacement when I turned on the laptop it said CMOS Reset 502 and switched graphics to generic graphics then I installed Intel Driver but one thing missing was Nvidia GPU RTX 2060. it was not in Task Manager and in Device Manager. Then I applied all available options from the internet but still, it is not detecting GPU. These things I did to solve but failed to get Nvidia GPU back:

  1. I selected discrete graphics card in BIOS after restart screen goes black but I can hear a Windows startup sound then I have to remove the battery first to reset the bios on the hybrid display to turn on the display
  2. I did reinstall bios using Windows + B using a flash drive - still no GPU Detection
  3. I removed the current SSD and installed a new SSD to install new windows but still no GPU Detection
  4. I also tried to install Nvidia's latest graphics driver using straight way  + software modification but everything it says hardware is missing
  5. I tried all software but they are all saying that Nvidia GPU is missing
  6. Also in HP OMEN Gaming Hub GPU is missing and there is not temperature for GPU

Not sure how I'll bring my GPU Back the purpose of having a Laptop with a GPU is dead now. One more weird thing is happening when I shut down the laptop and turn it on again its keyboard does not work. It only works every time when I restart the laptop means if I shut down the laptop I have to restart it again to use it. Please help me in bringing GPU Back if any method is available. I'm not sure if it's dead but just by replacing faulty fans, repasting the GPU and thermal pads with extreme care it does not make sense that it makes trouble for GPU while the CPU part is working

Please let me know if any solution available.
