Hello,
The other day I was using my laptop without issue when all of a sudden the screen started popping up with lines from the bottom to two-thirds up the screen. At first, I thought it was a driver issue, so I updated my Nvidia drivers hoping that would solve the problem. However, it did not solve the issue. I looked closely, and the lines on the screen from the top of the trouble area were showing the same content as the top of the screen continuing down. Upon further inspection, it appears that all the pixels work, but there is flickering on the section with the lines, especially near the bottom. When I restarted the laptop to update drivers, I noticed that video data that was supposed to be previously displayed in the trouble areas were then displayed, almost as if the display is getting stuck where the lines appear.

I'm not sure if it's a hardware or firmware issue. If anyone has some suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
