Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OMEN 15-dc0013tx laptop. When I connect it to an ISY Ido 3000 docking station via the USB-C(with thunderbolt icon) port backside, and then connect two Philips 275E2FAE monitors using DisplayPort (DP) and HDMI cables respectively, only one monitor displays at 2560x1440 resolution while the other only shows 1920x1080. When I connect another laptop to the same configuration, both monitors display at 2560x1440 resolution.

Steps Take

Updated Drivers and Firmware
BIOS:  : F.17-03/31/2022

Additional Notes

The issue appears to be specific to the HP OMEN 15-dc0013tx, as another laptop using the same docking station and monitor setup does not encounter this problem.

The specs of your machine is

       https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c06038425

It has  1 Thunderbolt™ 3 (Data Transfer up to 40 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge) port. From the following information

             https://www.delock.com/infothek/DisplayPort/displayport_e.html

DP 1.2 supports  3840 x 2160 / 60 Hz  max now you have 2560x1440 and 1920x1080 the total is more than its support number. One of your current monitors may only has 30Hz.

Regards.
