@Shadudiix The dedicated/discrete GPU is system managed and cannot be changed or set as default manually, there are a few tweaks that could be made using the steps in this link: click here to explore, that said, I'm afraid HP does not recommend or support installing Linux or MacOS on the pc as of now.
If you wish to make such major changes of OS either way, you may do so at your own discretion,
I suggest you check with a local tech for assistance.

Good Morning, Mr @Riddle_Decipher Thanks for your time.
I am a Senior Developer, so i have a good informations about OS and BIOS .. etc
Yeah .. there are a ( Hidden / Disabled ) integrated GPU in my Laptop.
I Made my resersch, and you can enable it With OpenCore / Clover
(Boot Loader for macOS Or Hackintosh as i know)
You can use it simpley without editing in bios settings, just disable secure boot.
in boot argmuents add this simple cmd, -wegnoegpu
that's will disable RTX 2060 and enable Intel UHD And work perfectly!
but there are some problems in futrues, like your NVME will got damged .. HP Omen it's really not builded for Developers..

@Shadudiix You've done your research well, no doubt, however most of the tools in use aren't supported by HP,
And if you will be doing that, I'm afraid you are on your own, I can only wish you good luck with the same 🙂
Take care.
