Hello All,

I desperately need help fixing my  HP Omen 15-dh0015nr.  Product number: 8DT27UA#ABA.  Serial number: [Personal Information Removed].  My issue has accelerated as time goes on. First I was able to use two monitors, my built in display and my desktop external monitor. Next, I started experiencing unviewable laptop display when using it as a laptop with no external monitor. Several reboots, etc. before magically the laptop display worked again.  Next, no ability to use the built in AND my external anymore. Windows settings shows laptop display is NOT ACTIVE.  Next, I have ZERO ability to ever use the built in laptop display!  This kills me, since this is a laptop and I use it on the go almost daily for work at customer sites.  I have to use an external monitor now otherwise this laptop is one heck of an expensive paper weight.  Major issue!  Almost brand new laptop as far as hours of use.  Please help me! It would be better to ONLY have laptop display then to ONLY have external.  Thanks for your support, it's appreciated and I'm desperate at this point.  I'm a competent person and have tried many attempts at fixing it based on internet search information, forums, YouTube, etc.  I would have bought a new one and threw this out if it wasn't an expensive piece of equipment.
