Love the product but am finding the screen is very sensitive. Is there a way to make it less sensitive?
It is fine when I am using a mouse but other times I am just scrolling with the fingers.
Thank you.

Hi @nyudad, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
You can try adjusting the touch sensitivity settings to make it less responsive. Here are a few ways to do that:
Adjust Touch Sensitivity via Windows Settings
- Open Settings (Win + I).
- Go to Devices > Touchpad.
- Look for a Sensitivity option and try setting it to Low Sensitivity.
Modify Pen and Touch Settings
- Open Control Panel (Win + R, type control, press Enter).
- Go to Hardware and Sound > Pen and Touch.
- In the Touch tab, select Settings and reduce the sensitivity.
Update or Roll Back Touchscreen Drivers
- Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
- Expand Human Interface Devices.
- Right-click HID-compliant touch screen and select Update driver.
- If the issue started after an update, try Roll Back Driver.
Calibrate the Touchscreen
- Search for Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input in the Start menu.
- Click Calibrate, follow the on-screen instructions, and save the settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
