I love this laptop, but this lack of driver support is now effecting my use of Adobe products. Can you please get an update sorted. I understand the need for OEM, but..... it means it is HP's responsibility to keep up, even if only 2 times a year. But to not have an update for over 1.5yrs is beyond a joke.
We provide sales and service to clients and would sale many laptops over a year to clients, this has left my team looking away from HP. GET IT SORTED!

For months now, we haven't been able to use something we bought (a GPU) because HP is blocking the official AMD installation via the INF file. HP has been aware of this for months and yet continues to ignore its customers, while its actions prevent us from using something we purchased, since many software programs do not work with the outdated driver that hasn’t been updated in over a year. These guys deserve to be sued. I feel sorry for you, this is my last HP product.

The latest Amd Adrenalin (July 2026 | 26.7.1) installed successfully. Download the new driver

and go to church to thanks God 🙂
