Installed the HP P27h G5 HD monitor today. The top resolution that I can achieve is 1920x1080. From the specs, it should support 2560x1440. I've checked both HDMI and Display Port. I've verified my docking station can support the higher resolution (it is already supporting the higher res on a Lenovo monitor). I've tried bypassing the docking station and going directly to the notebook. I've tried a different computer. I never see the higher resolution mode as an option.
Any suggestions?

It is a FHD (1920x1080) monitor which supports FHD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The dock can support higher resolution but physically your monitor can NOT.
The only thing you can do: buy a newer monitor which supports more dots.
Regards.
