Good morning everyone

My HP PC has a problem: if it turns off, when I turn it back on the screen flickers for a short period of time and then turns off and I can't see anything anymore, but the PC continues to run (I say this because I hear the fan spinning, the power light remains on and the "mute" and "Caps Lock" button LEDs remain on).

I attach here some screenshots with data on the PC (images are in Italian because i'm Italian):
