Product: HP EliteBook 850 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp pen is not working, I have purchased a new pen for my Elite 850 but it is not working. My screen touch is working fine.
Could you let me know which pen I need to purchase? or any software needs to be installed please let me know

This laptrop is not compatible with active PEN, even if you have a touch screen it is only for use with passive pen or finger, this function of using an active pen is reserved for X360 tablet laptops.
