HP PRESENCE VIRTUAL CAMERA

I used to have HP PRESENCE VIRTUAL CAMERA In my Laptop and now it dissapared i dont khow what happend with it  maybe it got deleted or dissapared but i cant find it and not use my presence virtual camera not even my drivers i think i deleted it can you help me

I can help you get the HP Presence Virtual Camera back on your laptop. This issue usually happens when the HP Presence software, camera driver, or Windows update removes or hides the virtual camera. Here’s the recommended way to restore it.

STEP 1: Check Device Manager & Restore Hidden Devices

If the camera driver was removed or disabled, Windows may be hiding it.

HP instructs users to:

• Open Device Manager
• Click View → Show hidden devices
• Then click Action → Scan for hardware changes

If the camera reappears under Imaging Devices or Cameras, it’s back.

STEP 2: Restart Your PC After Windows Updates

HP explains that after updates, the webcam may temporarily disappear until the system restarts.

Please restart your laptop and check Device Manager again.

STEP 3: Reinstall HP Presence Software / Camera Drivers

HP Presence Virtual Camera is part of the HP Presence software packages.
If it was deleted, reinstalling the package brings the virtual camera back.

Download the latest HP Presence software/drivers from HP Support:

Download and install:

• HP Presence Camera package
• HP Presence App (if included)
• Firmware/driver updates (if available)

After installation, restart your PC.
