I have had this laptop for about 5 years, it has all been fine. A year or so ago I formatted my laptop to remove a load of random apps and just to clear a lot of random files. I remember once I had reset it, the scrolling with 2 fingers on the touchpad didn't work. I looked it up and installed a driver or something which then had a control panel with lots of settings for the touchpad which let me enable the scrolling.
Last week I reset my laptop again and reinstalled windows as well. I have tried many different drivers and things off the HP site and forums but none of them have worked to fix the 2 finger scrolling yet.
Thanks.

After installing the HP Support App and that saying all my drivers are up to date. I have manged to get it working. Below are the steps I took to make it work:
1. Open Device Manager.
2. Expand the Mice and Other Pointing Devices section.
3. Uninstall the touchpad using the red cross in the panel at the top. Make sure to tick the box that removes the drivers as well. (I think this is why it didn't work when I tried it the first time.)
4. By uninstalling the device it will require a restart.
6. Download the driver in the Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices section for the touchpad.
7. Open the file and go through it. It will restart your laptop again.
8. Should all work now.
